It is illegal to sell vaping products and nicotine products, including nicotine pouches, to anyone under 18. We take this seriously.
In our shop
We check age before we sell, and may ask for photo ID from anyone who looks under 25. Acceptable ID is a valid passport, UK photocard driving licence or PASS-accredited ID card. If a customer cannot show valid ID, we will not make the sale.
We will refuse a sale if
- the customer is, or looks, under 18 and cannot prove their age;
- we think the products are being bought on behalf of someone under 18 (a proxy sale);
- the ID looks altered, fake or does not belong to the customer.
Our website
The "Are you 18 or over?" message on this website is a notice, not proof of age. Age is checked in store before any sale.

Our staff follow this policy for every sale of age-restricted products.
